Gallery Student Art Awards 2015
 July - August 2015

For the second year running, we are delighted to sponsor the Gallery Magazine Student Art Awards 2015.

The exhibition is open to Jersey educated students currently enrolled on Art and Design Foundation and Degree courses in the United Kingdom, (including the Jersey based Art Foundation and Degree Course).

Students are invited to submit work in any media which may include final pieces and work in progress. Shortlisted candidates are then given the opportunity to exhibit their work in a dedicated exhibition at CCA Galleries International. The exhibition will open with a special Private View on Friday 17 July with the exhibition running from Saturday 18 July until Saturday 15 August 2015.

All exhibitors have the opportunity to sell their work if they wish. 20% commission will be taken by CCA Galleries International but 100% of these proceeds will be donated to the British Heart Foundation, Jersey Branch, a registered British charity.

The deadline for entries is Friday 19th June 2015 at 4pm. Judging will take place on Thursday 25th June 2015 by established local artists; Matt Falle, Jason Butler and Ian Rolls as well as Managing Director of CCA Galleries International, Gillian Duke.

Speaking about the Art Awards, Gillian Duke says; ‘This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring local artists to showcase their work in a professional Gallery. It also gives us the opportunity to engage with local talent, encouraging their skills and confidence to grow.’

Students are invited to enter the Gallery Student Art Awards.
